All the grapes are in, a relatively small harvest this year but the quality is looking great! We are excited to start tasting the wine as it ages. Plans are to bottle the 2024 Grenache in the next week or so. We didn’t get any Grenache this year due to early spring rains so the ‘24 will have to hold us over. There have been lots of visitors to WiLD Vines this harvest season, plenty of helpers to pick, process and eat and drink with. Special thanks to Stacy and Julio, Shani and Gabe for their support. It is always lovely to watch the vineyard and gardens transition through Fall into Winter. The leaves turn colors very dramatically and the flowers and veggies are at the end of their season. We did gorge on the last tomatoes of the year with gusto knowing that it will be many months until we taste their deliciousness again.
